The Run for Her 2025 will start at 7:30am sharp on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 3-stage trails (635401 2 Line, The Blue Mountains, ON N0H 2E0). This will also be the location of the aid station and finish line.
Participants can choose to run or hike different distances (ranging from 5km - 31km) on the beautiful Bruce Trail.
You do not need to have ovaries to participate in the Run for Her, or care about this important women's health issue. You also do not need to be a superstar runner!
The Run for Her is not really a “race.” It is about challenging yourself to go further than you think you can, in a beautiful setting, for a good cause. All paces, skill levels and genders are welcome.
The 2024 summer training session is now complete.
Sessions are open to anyone, at no cost (although donations are always welcome!).
Wednesday mornings will focus on either hill workouts or track/speed workouts
Saturday mornings we hit the trail, including sections of the Run for Her course

Run for Her is joining forces with event sponsor and long-time supporter/collaborator Girl Time Inc to offer 6 weeks of spring hill training every Wednesday & Friday starting April 3 & 5.
Wednesdays @6 am at 6th St Extension, led by Alicia Tone
Fridays @9:30 am at 6th St Extension, led by Ashley Lougheed
